The Tools are free, browser-based utilities for cleaning, converting, profiling, deduplicating, restructuring, and statistically analyzing data files. The Tools and their output are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, statistical, scientific, financial, medical, or legal advice. Automated detection, cleaning, imputation, deduplication, schema suggestions, statistical results (including p-values, confidence intervals, and effect sizes), and any other output may contain errors or be inapplicable to your situation. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any output before relying on it and for any conclusions you draw or decisions you make.
You retain all rights to the data you process with the Tools. You represent that you have all rights, consents, and legal bases required to use that data, and that your use complies with applicable law (including privacy and data-protection law). You agree not to use the Tools for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the Tools.
The Tools run entirely in your web browser. Files you load are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to, received by, or stored on our servers; the pages are configured to block network requests. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover, back up, or delete it for you. This site does not require an account.
THE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE TOOLS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE TOOLS OR THEIR OUTPUT — INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, OR MISINTERPRETED OUTPUT — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE TOOLS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your data, your use of the Tools, or your violation of these Terms.
The Tools, including their design, text, and code, are owned by amanar.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Tools for their intended purpose. Third-party open-source components included in the Tools remain subject to their own licenses.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Tools at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be re-presented for acceptance in the Tools.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
